Town hall meeting on 60, 61 and 101 set for Thursday

AURORA | Local legislators will discuss the potential effects of three Colorado ballot measures, Amendments 60 and 61, and Proposition 101, at a town hall meeting Thursday.

The meeting is sponsored by state Sen. Morgan Carroll (D-Aurora), and state Reps. Karen Middleton (D-Aurora) and Su Ryden (D-Aurora), and will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. July 15 at the Community College of Aurora, 16000 E. Centretech Parkway.

Guest panelists will include William Stuart, chief academic officer of Aurora Public Schools and Henry Sobanet, president of Colorado Strategies LLC.
